The 17th edition of the International Film Festival “Goddess on the Throne” will begin on Friday, December 13, 2024, and will be held at Kino Armata in Prishtina.
This year’s festival will open with the documentary film “Return to Kosovo” by Julius Strauss, which tells the heart-wrenching story of the Deliu family from Upper Abria, Drenas, during the Kosovo War.
Festival organizers have also announced the inclusion of “Goddess Kids”, a special program where animated films for children will be screened on the second day of the festival.

As a competitive film festival, “Goddess on the Throne” will feature a jury composed of prominent figures from the film industry, including:
