Kosovo’s Olympic spirit is shining on the international stage!
The Kosovo Olympic Team proudly paraded during the opening ceremony of the European Youth Olympic Winter Festival (EYOF) “Bakuriani 2025”, held in Bakuriani, Georgia. This prestigious event brings together the best young athletes from across Europe, showcasing their talent and dedication in winter sports.
🇽🇰 Skiers Klara Sefaj and Andi Pupovci, the only two athletes representing Kosovo, had the honor of carrying the national flag during the parade. Their participation marks an important milestone for Kosovo’s winter sports scene, inspiring future generations of athletes.
EYOF Bakuriani 2025 runs until February 16, featuring exciting competitions in alpine skiing, snowboarding, figure skating, and more. Kosovo’s presence at the festival highlights the country’s growing commitment to developing winter sports and competing on the European stage.
